Why licenses won't activate?

I have 2 licenses that are Malwarebytes 3.0 Premium (formerly Anti-Malware Premium). They are lifetime subscriptions, and they say Available devices: 1 (see attached picture). But when I enter their license into the activation for a MacBook Pro, the Activate button stays disabled. I am wondering, are these Windows only licenses or something? I have a annual-renewing license that I wanted to change to one of these, but don't know why I can't. I even uninstalled Malwarebytes and went through the whole install and activate, with no luck. Thanks!
