  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

The logs are showing a possible configuration issue. It very well could possibly be due to your current DNS settings @robcarranza I would suggest trying to change them as requested by @Porthos

Looking deeper it looks like something else has caused a failure of the installation as well.

The Intel Software Guard Extensions an Intel security layer that has faulted as well. Which may be the cause for the failure or untrusted installation of Malwarebytes.

Intel SGX , AESM = architectural enclave service manager. AESM handles all system services for Intel SGX enclaves e.g trusted time, attestation, monotonic counters with the help of the platform service enclave (PSE).

I don't see an obvious infection in the logs but obviously, the computer is experiencing multiple issues that ned to be corrected. If you like me to assist you in trying to correct these issues please let me know.
