I now have two subscription running concurrently. How to fix?

This is one issue only the support desk can address.

Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket/request.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.

I'm not sure that I understand what you're seeing and what has been done. Do you actually have two different license keys? What do you see if you log into my.malwarebytes.com using the e-mail address you used to purchase the subscription(s)? (Please don't post a screenshot that would show your key(s) for all the world to see, just describe what you see.)

What specific error are you seeing in the Privacy app?
