Used up all my devices, but cant login to remedy

hi, i have been buying this product every year for many years, i had to wipe my drive and reinstall and when i went to reinstall, it said i had used up all my devices.  when i tried to logging in with the email i purchased under there was no account and i had to set up a new one, so i dont know how to login and remedy this number of computers issue

Sorry to hear your having issues with your account. If you can not login to it with your email address you used to purchase, then support is the only one that can help you with that. Please create a ticket (only one please) and support will contact you.
