There is no need to format the drive. I am enclosing a document with instructions on how to perform a Clean Install. You will need to wipeout the disk where the installation is to be performed, convert the disk to GPT (If your motherboard is UEFI) and then allow Windows to perform all the partitions and formatting.

Try it that way and lets see the outcome.

Lets see if thru powershell we can find out what these entries are there for:

  • Highlight the entire content of the quote box below.

Start::
Powershell: Get-NetFirewallRule -PolicyStore ActiveStore | where -property Group -EQ "@FirewallAPI.dll,-80201"
Powershell: Get-NetFirewallRule -PolicyStore SystemDefaults | where -property Group -EQ "@FirewallAPI.dll,-80201"
Powershell: Get-NetFirewallRule -PolicyStore ActiveStore | where -property Group -EQ "@FirewallAPI.dll,-80206"
Powershell: Get-NetFirewallRule -PolicyStore SystemDefaults | where -property Group -EQ "@FirewallAPI.dll,-80206"
End::

  • Right click on the highlighted text and select Copy.
  • Start FRST (FRST64) with Administrator privileges
  • Press the Fix button. FRST will process the lines copied above from the clipboard.
  • When finished, a log file (Fixlog.txt) will pop up and saved in the same location the tool was ran from.

Removing these rule may affect your Printer or Camera. I am going to confirm this with my colleagues. Expect a reply soon.
