alexkilty Posted November 22, 2021 Author ID:1489500 Share Posted November 22, 2021 As we are a SaaS web application, our customers given a subdomain when creating a school, whenever a phishing scam comes to our attention or is reported we immediately investigate and shut down the site. Can this somehow not affect all subdomains? Even better if one is found do you have a notification service so that we are alerted and can make sure such sites are blocked. Hi, We shouldn't have blocked all subdomains. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've removed this type of block which is pending a database update.
