chocolatestory.com being blocked but scans show no malware?

Hello, a client of mine told me a customer was presented with a MalwareBytes block due to a trojan. I know there was an issue about a year ago but to my knowledge the site is virus free. I've checked on Sucuri as well as Virus Total and both are showing a clean site. Can the block be removed?
