Extend current subscription before automatic renewal?

Hello. 

I currently have a subscription that will end next year, however, I would like to extend it right now. Is this possible if I disable automatic renewal and then manually add more time?

What I would like to do is to simply add more time to the current subscription and use the current black friday discount for the extension. Is this possible?

If not, then how could I make use of the black friday discount without losing the remaining time of my current subscription?

I do not think it is possible but support will have the final say.
