Hello  :welcome:

My name is Maurice.   Did you scan your system with Malwarebytes for Windows ?  If not, do so.

Let me ask.  While looking at Task Manager, did you do a RIGHT click on that line with your mouse pointer & then drill down thru Properties  ...to see file-name & folder location ?

I would like you to do all the steps I listed in this one reply-post at this link

https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/280326-roshur-has-omnatuorcom-block-notice/?do=findComment&comment=1485972

and then, EXit out of Chrome,  Wait just a bit.  Then restart Chrome.

This is likely to just be a scheduled task for Chrome to do a auto check for updates.  You do report that Malwarebytes for Windows reports no malware.

I would like a diagnostic report in order to review.
Specifically the FRST Farbar diagnostic report.  It is safe to get & use.

Attach FRST.txt + Addition.txt with your reply.  You may if you wish, ZIP the 2 into a zip file & then attach.
{ just please do not copy, paste their contents in main body of reply box here.)

The Task Manager display.  The housekeeping by Windows as to the tabs of browsers is not immediate.  You may close some tabs yet see them listed in Task Manager.  and the one in question here, I suspect is the Chrome Update task.  Now that it no longer shows in T M would be normal. Espeically since I had you Exit the Chrome app.

Reminder:  We use Malwarebyyes for Windows to check for malware.  We also use antivirus apps like Microsoft Defender to check for viruses & other malware.  We do not necessarily look at Task Manager ....lest we actually see a blatant obvious line entry.  We use known security tools to check & scan for malware.
