I created a ticket a week ago and have received no feed back - Ticket# Ticket 3640890

I noticed that my app said "free" instead of premium and tried to log in to my account and it's auto-populating a different email address. Can I please get some feedback?

You will have to wait on support. They are the only ones that can assist. Do not create any more tickets as that will delay the cue even more.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
