I just got an from the Malwarebytes CEO, "I'd like to personally welcome you to Malwarebytes. We appreciate the trust you've placed in us. But I have been a Malwarebytes Premium user for several years.  Yesterday with a new second computer, I tried to update my Malwarebytes account for the new computer. I followed the directions on the support page " Buy more devices for your Malwarebytes Premium subscription".  The directions said that under "My Account" "Click the Subscriptions Tab" and then "click the Buy More button below Available devices".  There is no Buy More button on my page. I couldn't figure out how to do it.  I couldn't figure out how to ask Malwarebytes how to add another device/another license to my account.  No email address, no online chat.  Damn it, I just wanted to pay them for another license.  I just ended paying for a license for a brand new license for the new computer.  The new license isn't even co-terminous with the older license.  This is my first experience with Malwarebytes support. It wasn't helpful at all in this upgrading of my account which is crazy. I worry that if I have a serious problem, they will not be helpful

Hello @sboss

Sorry to hear you're having issues. I looked on our Zendesk Support but was unable to locate a support ticket based on the same email address used on the forums here.

Do you have a ticket number I can look for or did you use a different email address?

If you do not have a current Support Ticket please create one and then let me know what the number is and I'll see if I can get it escalated for you.

Thank you
