Website Blocked

Client is reporting a block on their website.
I had WP Engine scan the server, no malware.
WP Engine also had their Sucuri team examine the server, no malware.
Server also has Wordfence Premium installed, which has also reported no malware in scan results.

It appears those PDFs are no longer on the site anywhere. I can't even find that uploads directory on the server. WP Engine must have cleaned up something. Can you go ahead and unblock the site now?
