Malwarebytes Premium (V4.4.10) Showing Malwarebytes Ads for Sales

Was just in a work presentation when, as a Malware Premium subscriber, a 60% Black Friday sale pop-up for a Malwarebytes 60% off subscription dropped me out of a full-screen session.  I was under the impression this shouldn't happen with a premium subscription. Is this expected behavior?

To begin, please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your installation for troubleshooting:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

• Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
• In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
• In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
• Run the MBST Support Tool
• In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
• In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
• A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

I don't think you need logs to answer this question - are pop up ads for sales for the software I already have a premium subscription for the expected behavior?

We need to see if there are any errors in the software that caused the notice popping up.

Another question that came to my mind, Do you have both of Malwarebytes paid products?

We're simply trying to determine why. I have several systems and none of mine have received this message. I've asked several others in Support and they're not seeing it either.

My guess is that this is probably for Free users or some beta cycle that is triggering it. I've asked for logs so that they can be provided to the Dev Team to see why you're getting it.

We have had a couple of others see this and supply logs so we are reviewing. Hopefully by tomorrow we'll have some answer.
