I have spent 2 months trying to purchase a home service with over 14 support ticket numbers with only one person from Malwarebytes support talking to me threw a chat cession then I talk to a person from 2Checkout.com. Nobody seems to know what was going on you are ignored for days at a time. Now after finally getting a purchase completed I spent hours just trying to start an on line account. I had one last question I know will be ignored by Thomas, Jason, Cindy, and Austin I think were there names. Even after my purchase I've had 3 confusing discriptions of my account 1 says I purchased a 3 device, 5 device, and 100 devices then another says a Premium account. Now because no one will help me I will have to check credit card account every day to see if I get riped off. Austin, Yes I finally purchased your anti virus service for my computer after 2 months of emails, over 10 tickets, and called the 2Checkout for there help. They said the sit was having trouble and to try a different browser that didn't work. I was told by Thomas to try incognito window was the only way I could purchase Malwarebytes service. This is not a good way to start business with somebody. I'm now concerned of my purchase because of a deceptive procedure. The purchase I sought after all this time was 3 divices for Windows PC. The receipt I received from your web site in my email had the option to download the service that had a little different name stated for my purchase Malwarebytes privacy was the only way to install on my computers. I installed it on all my computers when I got to the last one. I noticed the software was counting down my installations from 100 to 96. I then open the privacy app to see it was different from the free trial version. I spent about a hour to find and download the Anti virus software. MY BIGGEST QUESTION IS THIS THE RIGHT APP I GOT ALSO IT SHOWS THE PREMIUM VERSION. NOW IF I KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN NOW IS NO ONE WILL ANSWER THIS QUESTION SO I AM CHANGED EXTRA MONEY FOR SOMETHING i DIDN'T WANT. I WILL WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR AN ANSWER IF NONE I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION THREW PAY-PAL. PLEASE FOR GIVE MY SKEPTICISM BUT I THINK YOU UNDERSTAND FROM ALL THE HAZEL THIS HAS BECOME. KEITH

All I can say is,

Malwarebytes Premium and Malwarebytes Privacy are 2 completely different programs that do different things and are installed separately.

One is an Anti Virus and one is a VPN. They can be purchased separately or as a bundle.

Also, since you said you created 2 support tickets, the response time will be delayed. Only one ticket should be created and when you get the email response from a rep you should only respond to that for as long as it takes to resolve the issue.

WITHOUT exposing you license key. Can you post some screenshots showing what you are decribing in your post? We on thr Forums do not have access to your account.

This maybe a billing issue but just don't understand why they sent me a confirmation email for my subscription and the only download for the Anti Virus was the VPN. Just a little worried if I will be charged for it. Like I said it took me several weeks just to get the PC app. I really didn't know what to expect from this forum. Thanks any way.

The VPN is heavily marketed. It could have been a AD on the email. I personally have no experience with the current consumer experience and if there is marketing in the email.

I was hoping to see what your my.malwarebytes.com account is showing. I might be able to reassure you what you paid for.
