[False Positive] Blocking all subdomains regardless of IP or content

Hi guys, the entire

newtonpaiva.br

domain is beeing blocked by the Browser Guard (I'm using edge extension but other users reported the same issue).

How we can fix that?

The site is not blocked. Do you have a screenshot which shows some form of block?

Hi @gonzo, about 15 minutes after the @BjelakovicL answer the site was unblocked. I have an earlier (8AM -3 UTC) printscreen  from the message. This error was firstly reported yesterday at 10PM -3 UTC.

Another detail is all subdomain were blocked. Like ead.newtonpaiva.br, webmail.newtonpaiva.br and so on

His answer came to you while I was sleeping, so that's understandable. We have a dividing line here where some Browser Guard blocks are handled by one team, and some by me. Its a bit messy sometimes. As far as your last comment, the block was likely on the top level domain, which would also affect subdomains.  We sometimes block individual subdomains as well...there's never a single answer that fits all circumstances. Glad its working for you.
