gonzo Posted November 11, 2021 ID:1487946 Share Posted November 11, 2021 I am not seeing a block of any kind. Do you have a screenshot? Link to post
ed2007 Posted November 11, 2021 Author ID:1487948 Share Posted November 11, 2021 Thanks for looking into this so quickly. This was a screenshot that was sent to me from a staff member: Link to post
Solution gonzo Posted November 11, 2021 Solution ID:1487970 Share Posted November 11, 2021 Ah...OK! This is caused by "enthusiastic" use of alerts that your website is causing to be sent to the user. I have whitelisted it, but you may consider slowing down use of alerts and notifications. Link to post
ed2007 Posted November 12, 2021 Author ID:1487998 Share Posted November 12, 2021 Hmm, that's very strange. We don't have any alerts or notifications. I will have to do some research on this and see what constitutes an alert and see if there's anything in the code that be mistaken as an alert. Link to post
gonzo Posted November 12, 2021 ID:1488059 Share Posted November 12, 2021 Anything about cookies, data privacy, GDPR would be the kind of thing that is in an alert. If the user's visit to your site (or perhaps information in his profile) triggers certain behaviors that result in extraneous alerts/notifications/warnings, that would be what to look for.
