I installed a game today and after its installation a notification from windows appeared saying that an aplication on the computer requires NET Framework so I chose to install it. When it was installing I wanted to open a browser. It took some time and after it opened, it asked me about cookies on sites and I realised that I was logged off from every account (other that Microsoft) that I was previously logged on. I don't know if the two happenings are connected. What could be the reason of the problem with the browser? It happened on Microsoft Edge (I also have Firefox and will probably use it as the main browser from now). I'm logged off from the accounts on the pc but when I check session and devices on for example fb or yt, there is my PC there. I don't know if this is normal so I wanted to mention it.

I had uBlock Origin installed on the Edge. Can I assume that this isn't any infection if ESET Online Scanner, Malwarebytes and Defender don't find any threats? I scanner everything I downloaded with virustotal and MB and there wasn't any threats detected.

When installing any software it's really a best practice to close all other running applications and wait for the installation to fully complete first.

Then depending on what is installed you may want to restart the computer even if not asked to do so.

I don't believe there is any issues. Please restart the computer and let us know if anything is wrong
