Can't enter credit card info to pay my phone bill on my provider's site

The domain "secure.ixopay.com" is getting detected as a phishing attempt, so when I try to pay my phone bill via my provider's site like I always did it won't let me enter my credit card information anymore.

Would be glad if someone could check if there is some merit behind this or just a false positive.
