mBiteMe Posted November 6, 2021 ID:1487125 Share Posted November 6, 2021 ifpim.org is being blocked by malwarebytes browser guard for "reputation", please remove/whitelist and/or provide the reason for this classification. I also submitted a ticket for this (3635949) before I found this forum. Link to post
alvarnell Posted November 6, 2021 ID:1487135 Share Posted November 6, 2021 This is probably the reason: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/3fc0b247e5cc312f8b2147eecdea9a7da2a922deb3a9d0c828929472f60c0d2c. Staff will look into it when they return to work. Link to post
gonzo Posted November 6, 2021 ID:1487139 Share Posted November 6, 2021 Please close that support ticket and let me know here when that has been completed. I will then take care of the whitelisting. I'm trying to be nice to our always overloaded support folks, as they can only come to me for that issue. Link to post
mBiteMe Posted November 6, 2021 Author ID:1487178 Share Posted November 6, 2021 @gonzo - I've replied to the automated email noting the ticket was created from support@mail1.malwarebytes.com asking for it to be closed and referencing this thread. Hopefully that does the trick as I can't find any way to access or update the ticket online - attempts to login to my.malwarebytes.com claim my email address doesn't exist. Link to post

Do you have a Malwarebytes Premium subscription? If not you do not have an account. If you do have premium and purchased it anywhere except the Malwarebytes site you also would not have an account. Negative, ghost rider, but that where the only sign in option I saw on the support site (which looks to be Zendesk) directed me to. Link to post

Since you have done this, Don't worry about it. All i was saying is, if you do not have premium you would not have a my.malwarebytes.com account. Link to post
Solution gonzo Posted November 6, 2021 Solution ID:1487185 Share Posted November 6, 2021 The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not sure if your efforts did the trick, but thank you for following through. 1 Link to post
