@gonzo - I've replied to the automated email noting the ticket was created from support@mail1.malwarebytes.com asking for it to be closed and referencing this thread. Hopefully that does the trick as I can't find any way to access or update the ticket online - attempts to login to my.malwarebytes.com claim my email address doesn't exist.

Do you have a Malwarebytes Premium subscription? If not you do not have an account.

If you do have premium and purchased it anywhere except the Malwarebytes site you also would not have an account.

Negative, ghost rider, but that where the only sign in option I saw on the support site (which looks to be Zendesk) directed me to.

Since you have done this, Don't worry about it.

All i was saying is, if you do not have premium you would not have a my.malwarebytes.com account.
