Website blocked due to reputation

I am working as System Administrator for this company and our website is blocked by Browser Guard of Malwarebytes.

Kindly unblock it, we have already clean it from malwares.

Three scanners on VirusTotal consider that site to be malicious or a phishing site. You may need to clear those before Malwarebytes will be able to unblock it:

The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You may want to update your PHP installation as well.  Old versions make you extremely vulnerable to exploit, and future blocks from us (and other vendors) that may not be as easy to resolve. Its difficult to figure out exactly how far behind you are, as they appear to have different product trees in use at the same time.
