Hello Porthos, thank you for your response.
I am aware that this is off by default. Is there a way to whitelist this globally for users who have this option enabled? Or is this a privilage reserved for more popular websites?

Most do not know that it is not a default setting and really should not be enabled due to all the False positives.

TLD blocks fall into the category I call "damned if you do and damned if you don't."  I have whitelisted it.  Allow 15-30 minutes for the database updates.
