Site Blocked Due to Trojan with No Malware Found Test Results

One of our partners received the attached alert when trying to access our site. Our WP Engine techs ran a test linked below and it showed 'no malware found' in addition to no blacklists, low risk, etc.

Unfortunately, researchers have confirmed live threats on the site. Based on that, I cannot unblock it.  It not only affects Browser Guard users, but everyone using Malwarebytes software.  Sorry!

I was given the attached screenshot.  It is from VirusTotal.  This information is available to subscribers of the service, and is a valuable tool (once you figure out how to use it properly). Hope this helps.
