The specified domain was whitelisted on October 19, as you requested.  Checking today, attempting to go to that domain resulted in a redirect to www.arca24.com, which had a reputation block on it.  You had not requested that domain at the time.  I have whitelisted it now.  Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect.
