Why Malwarebyte's privacy VPN is not covered by my account

I went into my malware account from my iPad.

Here I was presented with an ad for Malwarebytes privacy VPN

I'd like to plug it in.

When I wanted to download it I was referred to a blank page.

 

I'm confused

It is a a separate program with its own subscription.

Q: Can I use this on an iPad?

A: You can use Privacy on an iPad, although the display is not yet optimized for an iPad screen.

Perhaps you went to the Privacy for Mac download site.

A: The app has been released to 166 countries/regions.  If you don't see it available your country may be under an embargo.

If available to you it can bee added for an additional cost. Malwarebytes Privacy the VPN is a separate program from Malwarebytes Premium the antivirus.

You should be able to upgrade your account to a bundle of Premium + Privacy after signing into your Account (https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login).  Or did you purchase your Premium subscription thru Apple store?  If so, then you would need to purchase Privacy separately.  We can only bundle the two products if purchased via our website at present.

As noted above, if you live in a country that is embargoed then unfortunately Privacy would not be available.

I bought my license from Malvarebytes.

When I follow your link I get into my account where I can see 2 devices I already share the license with.

When I choose one: Malwarebytes Premium gets

I offered a Mac option leading to a blank page.

Otherwise, the option is a Malwarebytes Privacy VPN with 7 days trial. I do not choose it.

I do not see anyone at any time: Malwarebytes Privacy VPN v1.5

 

Is Denmark under embargo?

what am I doing wrong?

Here are some FAQ's regarding Privacy for iOS, you will see at the bottom that Denmark is an available country -

What browser are you using when trying to log in? Any screenshots you can provide of what you are seeing will be really helpful.

I can also review your account details to make sure everything is correct, please send me a private message with the email you are currently using for your My Account.

@FarFar I think what may be best to get you taken care of is to create a Support ticket so one of our agents can assist you with your account and help with activating. You can submit a Support ticket here - https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Once you create the ticket, please let me know the ticket number and I will make sure an agent reaches out as soon as possible.
