AWW7 Posted October 29, 2021 ID:1486150 Share Posted October 29, 2021 Greeting good folks on here I have a malware issue and has been signposted to there so your good work obviously has been spreading far and wide. My Windows Defender detected three Trojan viruses during full scan but failed to quarantine them. I then downloaded various free anti virus programs including Malware Bytes. None of them picked up the viruses. I used Defender again several times over few days with same results- their quarantine program took hours as well. Is there anyone on here who would be kindly assist? My posts will be little inconsistent as I have a five months old baby but will try my best to respond soon as I can! I have included screenshots below.

kevinf80 Posted November 2, 2021 ID:1486712 Share Posted November 2, 2021 The files are very safe, they are locked in FRST quarantine folder. Windows Defender shows an error because it cannot unlock them for removal even though it has identified them as a threat. Obviously as they are locked they cannot do any harm to your system....
