License format does not match Andriod app requirements

I have a Malwarebytes liscense in the format 0000-0000-0000-0000

But the Andriod app requires 00000-00000-00000-00000

I have only used the license on one machine; a Dell laptop.

How can I use premium on my Andriod tablet?

any advice please?

How many devices are in your subscription? you can check the my.malwarebytes.com account page to see this info.

If you bought enough devices you will need to contact support to assist.

Having looked at my account it could be that it is very old; Malwarebytes 3.0 Premium (formerly Anti-Malware Premium) and although This is a lifetime subscription it may be for only one device.

 

I will upgrade to the latest premium to cover multiple devices.

I would order directly from the google play store.
