Computer still messed up after encounter with rogue as

I managed to manually delete the Antivirus System Pro roque anti-spyware (what I could find, anyways), but mbam closes after scanning for seconds once I install, and then never runs again. Same thing happens with HijackThis. Where do I go to now??
