hello every one

my name is Jeremy i have a question, i use google chrome beta browser

Malwarebytes is coming up with a weird site i have never been to, listed below i reformatted my computers its new 2021 Ryzen i3 ..

this is the issue for the past 5 days Malwarebytes been poping up with a weird site an on port 80 an a ip ... ive looked online and i dont like it but there is no way to remove it...

ive been trying to figure this out an im totally lost... i get this every 3 minutes  or so longer but it does not do it when  opening google chrome , ive have a few addons on extensions

on chrome i also tried removing all extensions , still does it its driving me crazy, if some one could please help let me know.....posted below info of what its coming up with...
