Protection for iOS e iPadOS in Italy

For iOS and iPadOS, considering that MBG functions are not available in Italy, what can be used in the meantime?

I asked this question in the past without getting an answer from the staff, but I need at least a temporary solution until Malwarebytes is published on the Italian store.

I had tried, in the past, a solution proposed by @alvarnell, but at least in the version published on the Italian store, the proposed app is totally useless (at least in the free version). Being at least for me an unknown developer I didn't want to make in-app purchases.

Unfortunately, we don't have a timeframe for when the app will be available globally. It is something we're working on figuring out, though.
