I'm sorry to read you have an issue with malware scans that never finish. Please follow the steps below to assist in troubleshooting the issue:

  1. Please download the Malwarebytes Support Tool (MBST).
  2. In that system's Downloads folder, open the mb-support-1.8.7.918.exe file.
  3. In the User Account Control pop-up window, please click Yes to continue the installation.
  4. Run the MBST Support Tool.
  5. In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, please click Advanced.
  6. In the Advanced Options, please only click Gather LogsA status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine. Please wait for this task to fully complete.
  7. A .zip archive file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to that system's desktop. Please upload/attach that .zip file in your next reply to this topic.
