We have implemented an online testing platform called Softskilllab. The platform aims to create test sessions so as to assess candidates’ soft skills, cognitive skills and personality factors.

The process is very easy and user-friendly: the company interested in our service can register an account on our platform and buy credits. With these credits it can create sessions from a library of tests that we have developed together with qualified experts. The test session is sent by email containing a link through which the candidate can directly answer the questions. The company that requested the test will receive a confirmation email when the candidate answers and can view the results in the account on the platform.
