I have been trying for several days to turn off the auto renewal on my malwarebytes subscription.  I cannot get it to work.  I have followed the instructions but every time I select a reason why I am cancelling it, and press cancel, I get a message

that a problem has occurred and to try again later.  I cannot find any way to contact malwarebytes, no phone numbers or email address or anything.  I have never experienced a situation like this with any other software product.  I have joined this 

forum as a last resort to get some help.  My final option will be to contact my credit card company and see if I can have a stop payment applied for malwarebytes.

Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
