We have several clients working OK but today we had two of them having problems with their mail clients connected to our server.
When we studied the connection problem, both had Malwarebytes installed and it was blocking our url and ip. We have made exceptions on both and all worked ok, but please revise this false positive. Thanks
URL: (several from the same domain): tecnobravo.com
IP: 188.93.77.68 and 37.139.126.207

The alert from Malwarebytes Premium was for a Trojan and there is none as we confirmed.

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database. 

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
