Bladabindi Question

Recommended Posts

Hey, so yesterday I downloaded a program which had an activator exe file and defender caught it before it got downloaded as a "HackTool:Win32/AutoKMS!MSR" , I allowed the "threat" since I needed the program (microsoft office) and upon scanning the activator with malwarebytes it came up as bladabindi backdoor njrat dds. Now, I know activators and keygens get flagged as malware since they're cracks but I didn't open the file and straight up deleted everything, so is it possible for the RAT to have infected me without actually opening the exe?
