Malwarebytes detected five items

Hello,

Before I head off to bed I run a quick scan using Malwarebytes. Tonight, it picked up five detections (four files, one registry item), the files pertain to a game called OSU! and I am not sure what the registry item based on the folder location but it may have something to do with the game. I am freaking out right now because I am paranoid that my computer has been compromised. Currently, I have these items quarantined and have attached the scan log below.

I also got this when I woke up this morning. I’ve been using osu! For years and this is the first time I’ve gotten this. I’m gonna guess it’s a false positive but I got rid of it just in case until we get a response.

Me third on the situation. Just saw your post right after posting mine and frankly I'm also very paranoid right now.

Hopefully (or likely) it is a false positive, as it seemed to be okay just the day before when I scanned my computer. 

All we can do now is wait for a response. In the meantime, let us all hope for the best.

This should be fixed now if its hitting the osu file. I would need to see the scan logs if its other files.

Yes, they are false positives.

Can someone explain to me what the registry detection was? All of the other files detected were under the OSU game but the registry item does not contain OSU anywhere and has something to do with windows? Sorry if this was a stupid question, I am not really familiar with computers.

Its because of malwarebytes linking technology. Being the file was detected malwarebytes automatically searches the registry for entries that match the file.

Thank you! So basically, the registry detection in my scan was linked to OSU? In this case it was a false positive?
