Option to auto start scanning after database update.

There is a option for this on the Android version and I would like to see this on the windows version.

We update the database sometime a dozen times per day. If you're using the paid version of Malwarebytes the database will get updated and the real-time protection would keep the system protected. Scanning every time the database updated would be extreme overkill for a Windows PC and in the long run needlessly help to reduce the life expectancy of an SSD drive.
