Safe browser scanner for Brave Browser

It works for Edge but not Brave.

What browsers will this work on ?

Hi Clang,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, browser phishing detection should work for all browsers, but there does appear to be some inconsistency. In my test of your scenario I had the opposite behavior (works on Brave not on Edge).

Should it also work with Firefox? On my device it works with Chrome and Foss browser. but not with Firefox.

Hi @BlackCraven,

On Android devices, I'm pretty sure we only support Chrome.   There are some Android browsers that are based on the Chromium framework that it may work on as well.  Thus, Safe Browser will work on FireFox desktop, but not mobile.

Hi Nathan, that's not a problem at all, I was just wondering that the scanner works in really every app, in the other browsers, in the messengers Signal, Telegram, Threema, in my email software and even in the search box of the Wikipedia app... Just not in Firefox, which is my default browser.... :-)
