That is a different kind of block than a reputation block. We cannot see anything about the PNG files being blocked by looking at greyhound.ie (home of the files) or greyhound.wis.ie (the site which you provided the screenshot for). Based on that, I have whitelisted the malware block. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. If you continue to have an issue beyond that point, that will be a cache issue. The instructions were for you since you still have the block. For some reason yours did not update. Mine did with out any interaction from me.
