Website blocked due to reputation

It appears our website has blocked due to low traffic, can a Malwarebytes rep please remove the block or let me know what the process to formally request that is? I attached the message one of those users received if it helps.

I was able to access the site without issue, but the site has now been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.
