Hello,

My customers are telling me they can't email our domains wilderness-development.com or peak-district-challenge.com because of a message from Malwarebytes there is a security issue with the domain(s).

Please can we see details of what you believe the threat is, and arrange to be unblocked? Many thanks! Will

Hello-

We do not show either the domain nor the IP which the domain resides on in our database, was this perhaps a Browser Guard block?

I don't know I'm afraid, the limited information I have is second hand via a customer. Assuming it is a Browser Guard block, how would I resolve / address that issue?

Many thanks for the response, I'm much obliged.

Hi- Try and get the log from the user or perhaps a screenshot of the block so we can try and address it. If it's just a reputaiton block the BG team can whitelist the entry if the site is clean

I can reach both websites, but sending mail to them (or from them) involves different ways of doing things that simply going to the website would not show.  When I went to peak-district-challenge.com, Browser Guard showed several malware hits on domain peak-district-challenge-com.mon.world.  Here is an example:

{"@timestamp": "2021-09-28T16:46:56.579Z", "message": "BTW: (URL_BLOCK) malware (phishing) match found on https://www.peak-district-challenge.com/ for  https://peak-district-challenge-com.mon.world/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/37258183_10156530662269383_3564821842067718144_n-300x300.jpg", "level": "INFO"}

All affected files are in the same folder on that server, and should be investigated.  If you need a list of the specific files, please let me know.

As I mentioned, we do not have any blocks in place on the servers you reported, but once you have resolved the issues, please let me know so I can check with Browser Guard to see if there are any issues in the background.
