IM INFECTED WITH MALWARE

Hello, I have got a problem with the software, I use the software on my pc and detected 4 files infected and the software says the remove them and restars, but when my pc restarts the infected objects follow there and they apppear again., again, again, etc. I CANT ERASE THEM
