Installed successfully, but registration failed.

I bought Malwarebytes for Teams license and add license on to Malwarebytes Management Console which is installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 system.

I push installation onto a Window Server 2012, not R2, got result "Installed successfully, but registration failed. The installation procedure has ended before the client registered"

How can I register the client server?

It's probably best that  you open a Support Ticket so that some one from Business Support can assist you further.

Please submit only one ticket.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.

From your description it sounds like you may have installed the wrong product? Teams does not have a console. You would also need to manually install on it on each client system.

I reviewed the license letter from Malwarebytes, the attached invoice documents said it's for Malwarebytes for Teams, but in the email claimed the license key is for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business, anyway, I am using the key.

Teams is for business as it adds enhanced support options not offered for consumer only
