Our site (supplier.sncnext.com and other subdomains) is incorrectly blocked

Hello,

We changed the IP address our subdomain websites (supplier.sncnext.com, portal.sncnext.com and couple of other subdomain websites of sncnext.com) and malware bytes blocked them as websites with Trojan infested with the below SSL error. Please unblock it ASAP as it affects our customer base and business. 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

supplier.sncnext.com sent an invalid response.

Hello-

We do not show either the domain nor the IP which the domain resides on in our database, show us the logs which indicate we've blocked either and we'll go from there thanks

As a Note: We just added the original IP address back to the site binding and it works now. But we need our sites unblocked regardless of the IP address that we use for binding.
