Registry location of Premium License Key and License ID in 4.x.x?

My hard drive is dying and I can't boot into Windows to run windows to get the existing key.  I don't have the key and ID saved in my online account nor do I have the original disc and info it came with.  I used to be able to find it in the registry but it is not there now.  Does anyone know of a way to get the id and key from the registry or in some file on the C: drive?  Thanks.

Can you boot into safe mode?
