"game.exe" AKA "The Boss" false positive

Today MB premium picked up this file on my desktop as malware. It's a RGSS3 player file and has been there since 2017; this is the first flag. One of the developers lives in my household, assures me there's no malware in it, and reports that MB often flags this file on other peoples' machines -- they hear about it a lot, apparently.
