I'm logging this here as I can see that responses tend to be faster when someone from the staff advises the Help Desk. Unfortunately, I incorrectly purchased a one-year subscription of Malwarebytes Privacy VPN when I currently have three more activations left. I would like to cancel this one and get a refund. Purchased around September 15th, 2021, 15:03:41 GMT+08:00. Transaction ID of 162138871. 

I currently have a plan under key XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-7GUJZ with transaction ID 162873371 for five devices for 1 year, please do not make changes to this one as this is what I am currently using. Let me know if you need more information.
