Thousands of files flagged as password stealers

I recently ran a scan and Malwarebytes started detecting thousands of files as password stealers from the recycle bin. Naturally, I started panicking but after checking the files I'm fairly certain they're all false positives. They are all files that were deleted when they were overwritten by Python, but still I'm really confused as to why Malwarebytes flagged them as malware. I attached the log to this post.
