So a user says that malwarebytes has alerted to something and instead of being told why it happened, we are being told to turn off the protection? What sense does that make? If that's the case, then why did Malwarebytes alert to it in the first place?

We basically asked the home inspector why an alarm was going off, and the answer was to remove the batteries from the alarm.
