I just want to be sure Auslogics BoostSpeed is actually safe to use considering MBscan detections went from 0 - 285 all from Auslogics. Attached will be the exported scan results.

Is there anyway to get rid some of the stuff that isn't necessary to run the program and eliminate at least some of these detections its tripping? If so, what would be the easiest way to weed out the unimportant items to uninstall/delete?

The software you referenced is a Potentially Unwanted Program or PUP. If you wish to continue using it, you may add the relevant folders to the Malwarebytes exclusion list. For more information, please see: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/detections/pup-optional/

I would not recommend doing any kind of partial removal.

All best,
