False positive Malware.AI.3957506394

Hello,

I got the following report for one of the executables my company produces:

Malware.AI.3957506394, C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\COMPUOFFICE SOFTWARE\LG\LGW_MC.EXE, No Action By User, 1000000, 0, 1.0.44771, B4322EDDDCE4549FEBE2C15A, dds, 01413785, 7F8640EFF342B60B0C941F914DC906D1, 415B38C0782A0FB5B6D375F7FAB309E6CF4452FF7A811E03DA7BE2131816EAE6

 

The interesting thing is that this executable hasn't changed in about 4 months.  Also, VirusTotal indicates that only Malwarebytes has detected malware therein, whereas 66 other scanners did not:

Our build and packaging systems are all running recent antivirus software and are kept very clean.  We are absolutely confident that this is a false positive. How do we go about getting to the bottom of this?  Can someone dig into this and see what triggered the report above?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Please advise.
